✅ Emotion + thoughts + identification + habit+lack of self awareness
are the components of any psychological pattern.
✅ We can gradually change all of them through systematic training.
✅ This includes learning and practicing methods like inquiry, affirmations, releasing emotional charge, visualization, and mindfulness meditations.
✅ And developing skills like being present, self-awareness, stepping back, self-observation, non-identification, acceptance, gratitude, letting go.
